Shipping policy

Shipping costs are 7,50euros via Post NL letterbox parcel service and parcel service within the Netherlands. Part of the shipping costs will be paid, and we will cover the rest of the costs.

important: did you order something on order, also period underwear, sending is 7,50 because it’s sended from the studio Spain where it’s made.  You also pay one part of the sending, the rest Eco Era is paying! 

Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs start from €7.50.

For business customers, the shipping costs depend on the size of the order.

Delivery is from Tuesday to Saturday. If the order is in stock and ordered before 4:00 PM, an attempt will be made to ship it the same day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. These are handmade products that are often made to order, some products have a small stock.

For products that are personalized or are not in stock, there is a delivery time of one month. Do you need an order faster? Please contact us and we will see what we can do to get it to you as quickly as possible.

PostNL delivers 97% of orders the next day, but no guarantee can be given for this and we are not liable for any delay at PostNL.
