Returns Policy
Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Do you want to return something?
Always register your return first via info@eco-era-store.com. Mention your order number and we will send you a returns form with further instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from returns:
* Personalized items
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eco-era-store.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@eco-era-store.com and send your item to: Julianaweg 8, 4725SJ Wouwse Plantage, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the gift giver a refund and they'll find out if you're back.
Dispatch
To return your product, you must email your product to: Julianaweg 8, 4725SJ Wouwse Plantage, Netherlands.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We always recommend We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Wholesale
Business orders are always made in consultation via email or telephone. Depending on the size of the order, we agree on a delivery time. When ordering again, it is always useful to order at least a month in advance. Orders that are made to order cannot be returned.
Business orders may not be resold to other commercial parties. Only sold in the store that purchased it.
No changes may be made to the products and must be sold as presented.
