Shipping policy

Shipping costs are 5.00 euros via Post NL letterbox parcel service and parcel service within the Netherlands. Part of the shipping costs will be paid, the remaining part of the costs will be borne by us.

Delivery is from Tuesday to Saturday. When an order is in stock and ordered before 4 p.m., an attempt will be made to ship the same day. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this. These are handmade products that are often made to order, of some products there is a small stock.

For products that are personalized or are not in stock, a delivery time of 5-7 working days. Do you need an order faster? Please contact us and we'll see what we can do for you to get it to you as soon as possible.

PostNL delivers 97% of orders the day after, but there is no guarantee for this and we are not liable for any delay at PostNL.
