Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Do you want to return something?
Always register your return first via Mention your order number and we will send you a return form with further instructions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from return:

* Personalized items
* Gift cards
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially transferred.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular price items can be refunded, unfortunately sales items are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit worth of your return. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the gift giver a refund and they'll find out if you're back.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We always recommend that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
